About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the school to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain school supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
Ensure that school equipment are properly maintained and serviced
Smooth running of the school's transport system.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain and organize records, files and databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Human Resources Support:
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and leave management.
Collaboration:
Work with other teachers and staff to support pupil learning.
Participate in school meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office )
Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator or similar role.
Strong work ethics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
